Another Mystery Home: 1926 Real Estate Advertisement for "Italian Villa" in Pelham Manor

Today's posting to the Historic Pelham Blog will continue my efforts to identify Pelham homes depicted in early 20th century real estate advertisements. On December 27, 2005, I posted an item entitled "Mystery Home Depicted in 1925 Real Estate Advertisement" that elicited one very helpful comment from an alert reader who helped identify the home. Today's mystery home is depicted in a real estate advertisement published in 1926. An image of the advertisement appears immediately below. The text of the advertisement appears below the image to facilitate full text searches.

If you recognize the home above (or think you may recognize it), please click on "Comments" below and provide identifying information. I will receive an email and will update this entry at a later date with all such information. (Guesses are welcome!)
